This could be interesting to follow - - Dallas based The ROi Project.  The Return on Innovation Project (ROi) is an active network of innovators partnering with communities around the world to inspire sustainable solutions.  ROi is developing a series of "innovation spaces" around the world, connected by a talented group of ROi Fellows working to support the skills, creativity, and entrepreneurship of traditionally marginalized communities.
