This will be interesting to watch - allowing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Master Limited Partnerships to invest in public and private infrastructure projects that have revenue streams (look for the clever and financially gifted of the engineering communities to focus their talents on increasing untapped parts of public works to be monetized).
