The Effluent Society is going to face an interesting legal debate. After you flush, who owns your waste? When wastewater was considered a waste, no one really cared. But the Effluent Society looks at wastewater more as a valuable resource than a smelly waste product. People have a tendency to fight over valuable quasi-public resources - - look for more legal battles as the Effluent Society fully embraces the value of reuse and recycle.
