Getting Charged Up for Vacation

It is amazing the "charging" that goes on prior to a long trip or vacation - - iPod, iPad, Kindle, iPhone, and two camera batteries.  Multiply that for a family of three.  Two important points.  The technological convergence of the battery as a key enabling force and the huge increase in energy conservation at the same time as a world marked by charging, and charging, and more charging.
