- Green Technologies - - Those technologies which were developed with concern for or in support of protecting the environment.
- Lightweight - - Of thin material or build and weighing less than average.
- Mobile Enabled Solution - - Developing solutions to community wide problems through development of mobile application that can easily be used to collect, disseminate, or communicate information to or about a population.
- New Distribution Models - - Improving access to solutions by millions of people, getting it broadly into field usage.
- Ruggedization - - Designed or improved to be hard-wearing or shock-resistant.
- Simple User Centric Design - - A design philosophy and a process in which the needs, wants, and limitations of end users of an interface or document are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process.
- Magnificent Simplification - - To make something simpler or easier to do or understand.
- Use of Local Resources - - Identifying local and readily available materials and manufacturing within a region for use within design rather than being limited to traditional resources which may be too expensive or may not be available.
