Lake Grapevine is north of my home in Southlake. This is from our community newsletter, Community Impact:
"Lake Grapevine's water level stands at 525 feet mean sea level, which measures among the 10 lowest levels in more than 50 years, according to weather experts.
At 520 feet, the city [City of Grapevine] activates a drought contingency plan that involves a 30 percent rate surcharge and water restrictions."
