SCADA Animation

This is good - a little dated in the world of animation, but it illustrates a point.  In the future, engineers will not only develop plans/specifications and O&M material/training sessions - - but also look for a BIM-like facilities management platform that links powerful visualization with even system animation (Moore's Law continues its march - the software/hardware cost continues to decline at the same time the rise of the machines reduces the time humans are involved in production of all of this.).
